The purpose of these services is to assist children and adults in gaining access to needed emotional, medical, social, educational and other community services.
The primary goal of the Case Management Services are to optimize the functioning of the recipients who have complex needs by coordinating the provision of quality treatment and support services.

This service requires a need for advocacy and coordination of emotional, education, social and medical assistance to improve the child level of functioning.
ADULTS BEHAVIORAL & MENTAL HEALTH CASE MANAGEMENT
The adult recipients must have a need for assistance in attaining self sufficiency and satisfaction in the living, learning, work and social environment of choice.
INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT
Our professional team is here to guide our clients and their families every step of the way throughout their mental health crisis situations to gain stability and independence.

CARMEN GUZMAN NEGRETE
Carmen Guzman Negrete is the Founder and CEO of Improving Living Services Inc. Her job is to make sure the community receive the quality of services they deserve by running the day to day administrative operations. Carmen has been working in the Medicaid Social Services field for 20 years and have been part of the success of other great companies in Central Florida. She is passionate about helping others; from clients, coworkers, friends, family and the community. Carmen is described by others as a “Great Human Being” always caring for others. A regular weekend for her is at Football or Baseball field since her kids play sports since they where small. She is been married for 14 years with 4 children in a blended family “Her children, His children and the ones together”. Her main goal is to impact the community where everyone is treated with dignity respecting their cultural background and values, no matter where they come from. Carmen grew up in Puerto Rico and knows the struggles some people present when coming to a new place to live. So what if she wants to accomplish so much…with her great team it’s possible…one person will impact one family and one family will impact a community.
